It starts with a tender.
Your estimator prices the bill of quantities in JengaERP from your own rates, with the preliminaries, overheads and margin where you want them. The tender file, the site visit notes and the client's requirements sit with it, so nothing is hunted for on the morning of submission.
When you win, the estimate becomes the project. The programme, the budget and the first material plan are drawn from it, and every figure the site and the office use from that day comes from the same place.

The site reports every day.
The site engineer files the day's report from a phone: what was done and where, the people and plant on site, the materials used, the weather, and the photos to prove it. Hindrances and instructions are logged as they happen.
By evening the project manager sees progress against the programme, the plant that stood idle, and the delay that will cost days if nobody acts on it.

Buying that follows the programme.
JengaERP knows what each site needs in the coming weeks and what is already in the store. Requisitions go to the right person for approval, orders go to suppliers, and every delivery is checked at the gate before it is booked in.
Stock is tracked per site, issues are charged to the work they were used on, and the cost of each job is known while it is being built, not after.

Safe, inspected, and put right.
Permits to work, safety inspections, toolbox talks and incident reports are recorded where the work is, with photos and the people involved. Quality checks and snags are raised the same way and closed the same way.
Nothing expires quietly. The right people are told when a permit runs out, when an inspection finding is overdue, and when an incident needs the director's attention.

Get paid for what you have built.
Each month the claim is prepared from the work measured on site, with variations, retention and advance recovery already accounted for. The certificate, the invoice and the client's payment are tracked together.
The commercial team always knows what has been certified, what has been billed, what is outstanding and what is held, per project and for the whole company.

Attendance and timesheets come from the sites. Payroll runs monthly with the statutory deductions of your country built in, and the wages land on the projects they belong to.
